Okay, this is George playing Rock Band. We've had this game for a while... and I admittedly, have never played it with him. Mainly b/c he is really good. But this week, I gave in and graced the game wth my mad rock band skills --- well, sort of . I just sang the only 6 songs on there that I knew. But it was SO much fun. Might I add that I got a "flawless" rating that I was very proud of? :) I wish there was a love ballod version of this game..

Okay... truth time. I didn't take this today. I didn't take this at all. But I did find it today --- while emptying the memory on our point and shoot. Believe it or not, Sarah Jane took this the other day. I saw her do it, but didn't pay it much attention. Wish I would have.

Do you think that arranged marriages are wrong? ...yeah, me too. But if they weren't, this would be whose hand she held at the end of the aisle. This is one of my oldest friends little boy and Sarah Jane... they love each other right now. Maybe it will last. :)

All of these are blankets are blankets that my mother made for me stitch by stitch. The one on the left has actual pictures of my little one printed onto fabric then made into a quilt... along with the pictures, there are various descriptive words like "dream" laugh" "play" or "love" --- 2nd from the left is a super-huge, very comfy blanket that I LOVE. Every time I curl up in it I think about how much love went into making it. The 2 pink ones were technically made for SJ, but I love them all the same and one day she will too. The last one was an afghan that I got my senior year of high school and didn't appreciate it nearly as much as I should have... now I get it. I wouldn't trade any of these for anything.

Sarah Jane is really doing well with her writing now that she has her new glasses. This week her Pre-K class is learning the letter G in upper and lower case. It took a little practice, but it looks like she has got it! She made this picture for her Daddy... who happens to have TWO g's in his name.

YUMMM...New Year's Day at June's... Black eyed peas and collard greens were on the menu. The Black eyed peas are for luck; the collard greens for money. So far, no luck. We had a flat tire on the way home. Not to worry, I have super-man for a hubby... he changed it in no time and we were on our way.
